Planting.

I decided I hate all the plants that were planted in our yard when we bought our house, so we are slowly going to switch them out. A Jasmine plant was our first purchase. It covers a lot of ground, (since the ground is ugly rocks) smells amazing, AND doesn't require much water(a must when living in the desert)! Lets hope we can keep it alive!

Family.

On Mother's Day the whole family was back together for one hour. Loved every second.
*update on ben's mission. he was just transferred to vegas and now lives 6 blocks from my office. i don't know how i'm going to resist.

Paige.

This past weekend one of my best friends in the whole wide world came to visit me. She flew in Saturday morning and left at 6:00am Monday morning (yes we had to leave my house at 4:45am to get her to the airport) Basically we did a lot of this:

and just hung out

Unfortunately it was super windy and really cool out while she was here, but at least it wasn't snowing! She better come back when its warmer and for a longer weekend!
