I'm in Love.

After patiently waiting for five years, I finally got one of these babies.
(oh and everything is cordless, a dream come true)

The Snow.

Back in October I decided I was going to need a trip home to see friends and my old bedroom since we were not going home for Christmas. So, I booked myself a ticket for January. Little did I know it would be the weekend Missouri would see the most snow they have seen since 1995. Yep, I had the chance to experience Snomageddon. I was scheduled to leave Missouri on Tuesday and did not get out until Thursday due to the 16 inches of unplowed snow sitting in the street in front of our house and the Blizzard warnings that were in effect.

One of the things I miss, wildlife.

Thanks to my mom, we found plenty of things to do while snowed in including learning how to make pita bread (below), making cards, and putting together my little brothers Missionary Valentine's Day package!

I'm not going to lie, I enjoyed my two extra days to just hang out with my parents. It hasn't been just us three in years! We had so much fun and I miss them so much!
